If you lose your follows, go login to Nostrgram.co (great nostr web client, btw). From there, you can restore them from your profile, click the green calendar "show follower history" and then click the appropriate "restore user history" button. BOOM! all followings restored.

You are more than welcome. Yeah, great client indeed, constantly being developed (by #[2] ) and full of options that the other clients don't (yet?) have. Took a while for me to get used to it but I love it now.
