Protein: sirloin in a Worcestershire+Olive Oil paired in a garlic & onion powder, seasoning salt and cayenne spice blend
Veggie: after peeling & slicing - soak in a baking soda water cleanse
Spin & Clean all veggies and then marinade/season to preference -
Duration: for vinaigrette and tuna seasoning it is best to allow for a couple hours to allow the flavors to synergize - same with the protein marinade for this style
