Because they dont share the same relay or your relay is not uptaking your notes
You can actually see which relay is uotaking your notes
But as i can see a huge number of relay are hosting your notes

Check what relays are up taking my notes
Are you on amethyst? Can you see right under your note there are small icons?
That are all the relays that uptake your notes.
Your viewer must be at least in one of the relay uptaking your notes
