Better plan:
Eat whatever you like. Of course with mesure
Day 1: warm up, 3 sets maxing out on pull ups with 5 mins of rest between the sets
Day 2: the same but with dips insted of pull ups
Day 3: rest
Repeat
My body got soo much better by doing this in less than 6 months.
After you get to at least 5 of each you can try adding some light weights.
High quality protein will make you grow better with any exercise. But those are great exercises.
