Amethyst is the best Nostr client on all platforms, IMO, for it's sheer amount of features and functionality.

It's not very easy to discover features on Amethyst - half the time you've to experiment to see what the icon/buttons are- but once you get the hang of it, it's really good.
Amethyst doesn't have any onboarding. It's still the best due to it's superior feature set. For a power user, there's no other option. If we're talking onboarding, Amethyst is going to get a zero here.
If you have access to an Android phone, try Amethyst. I use it like any other Android App
(have not tried Damus - so can't compare)
