Communities are on my list, not sure though if I'm on board with nip 172, it would be nice to make them private optionally

We can make another kind 1 for communities. But they will never be "private". The communities nip is not for private communities.

You already know my thoughts on new kinds vs wrapping for communities. I still think that wrapping is a much better approach, applicable to both with slight differences.
