son has severe egg allergy. lots of bacon, breakfast sausages, etc. I'm "mostly" carnivore (lol) and not allergic to eggs, but I like a nice hard/sharp cheese with my morning coffee...mmm, perfect.

When I was unable to eat chicken eggs, I had duck eggs instead. Maybe duck eggs might be a better option if he isn't allergic to those.

I gotta try this. Also have wondered if it’s egg whites or yolks that are the problem.
