we need to add a relay toggle for Global so you can choose where to get global from, regardless if they are paid or not. This was done to mitigate spam but i want to give users more control.
Yah, I know that's the intention and I think too this feature is necessary. However, I think the spacing between `Read global from` and `paid_relay_name` is large and a bit misleading (Especially in Japanese, I thought.)
A simple remedy 'd be to make this change. How do you like it?
