The issue was created by politicians to get people to vote for them. Just like the war on drugs. All Americans are the descendants of immigrants.

The only issue is that people keep giving away their power to psychopaths.

Not sure if correct. It is still important to remember.. the Mexican taxidriver in NYC even if immigrated illegally is not the issue. The drug dealer however is. Try to enter UAE as an illegal… that’s my point.

There's an argument that the taxi driver is competing for resources like housing (complicated but probably some factor) and jobs (more complicated but also not entirely false)

And the scale of it was significant enough

It's not about immigrants. It's about process. When I immigrated to USA in 99 I had to go through a whole bunch of bureaucracy, background checks, vaccination, medical exam...

There is a big difference.

And the issue is not even all the immigrants, they were told hey doors open all good we give you credit card and housing. Of course you go if you live in a shitty situation in your country.

And this was taken advantage of by all cartels, and gangs, and political prisoners...
