I’m sorry you are in pain 🙏 Are you in mental pain, emotional pain, or physical pain? 🫂

If you are experiencing mental pain:

- Talk to someone (you can DM me and I’ll chat all day with you. You can share your thoughts and feelings. Sometimes, discussing your concerns can give relief.)

- Try to practice mindfulness with meditation or deep breathing exercises to help calm your mind and reduce stress.

- Maintain a healthy lifestyle with a balanced diet, get regular exercise, and prioritize sleep.

- Identify and address sources of stress in your life and try to remove them if possible.

- I would say talk with a professional, but this is not always easy as many of us are just smarter than those “professionals” so it’s hard to listen to anything they have to say and also some try to push meds and that’s a slippery slope. I have friends that are. Ow thriving because of the meds their therapists gave and I have lost friends because the medication made them more suicidal. 🙏

If you are experiencing emotional pain:

- It’s a good 1st step that you are able to acknowledge your feelings. The next step is just to accept that it's okay to feel emotional pain. Avoiding or suppressing emotions can intensify the pain.

- Expressing yourself by posting here to starting a conversation with someone IRL or in the DMs (I said it earlier and I will say it again, you can slide into mine. I can talk your ear off but I’m also a great listener). But honestly talking to someone you trust about your emotions helps a lot.

- This is the most important time to have self-compassion. Be kind and compassionate toward yourself. Avoid harsh self-criticism, and practice self-care.

- Engaging in activities might be one of the hardest things to push yourself to if you are struggling emotionally, but I usually just make myself go for a walk and it helps for the most part. But if you can push yourself to participate some activities you enjoy or that provide a sense of purpose can boost your mood.

- Again I can recommend talking with a therapist, but yeah it’s not always easy as many of us are just smarter than they are so it’s hard to value what they have to say.

If you are experiencing physical pain:

- Get a Massage, this always gives pain relief and relaxation.

- Rest and Relax, allow your body time to heal by getting adequate rest and relaxation.

- Physical therapy exercises and techniques will alleviate pain and improve mobility.

- Heat and Cold Therapy is also really good.

- If none of the above help I guess try medication (Homeopathic Remedies, over-the-counter or prescription pain relievers) can help manage physical pain.

It’s physical pain. It does get me down sometimes, but I’m safe. I have too much to live for.

I will be trying some homeopathic remedies today. Hopefully it buys some time.

But physical pain does suck 🥵, homeopathic takes a bit more time to fully feel all benefits, but 100% worth it!
