Dr. Paul Saladino had eczema and cured it with a diet change. He has a lot of videos on YouTube about it.

Yeah I’ve heard him a few times on podcasts talking about his diet. I guess I gotta stop being cheap and lazy and go on the carnivore 🥩 diet. I believe that’s what he did, right?

He went carnivore and then animal based which just means he added fruit and honey to the diet.
