Yes but I'm not aware of a client or software that would enable you to do it easily.
It's the same for generating & scheduling notes. It's possible but currently not easy.
They will both inevitably come but something beautiful will be destroyed in the process.
Yeah the scheduling side of things is very poor currently
But like yourself, I like that it forces one to innovate

Timezone is one thing. Make sure online for when you know someone you want to contact will be
But surely what Nostr shows is quality is more important than quantity
One needs to be more comfortable with why they’re even posting online at all
