Eight years ago today, #Bitcoin hit an all-time high of $15,000 for the first time. At a time when many media outlets were comparing it to “Dante’s Inferno” and bank officials were warning to “abandon hope.”

But history took a different turn. All those warnings and dire headlines were just a small point at the beginning of a much longer cycle.

This reminder just goes to show how every all-time high has become a mere bottom on the path to greater growth.

I remember December of 2017 when Coinbase listed B-Cash while those of us with BTC were trying to figure out how to sell the free forked 💩 coins.

Friends were asking about Light coin and Cardano and XRP. That was a strange and stressful month for me. I said here we have BTC that can free humanity and unleash a new era of prosperity yet there is so much distraction.

December 2025 now is so chill. I feel like I raised a child and he is on his own to make it in the world. Still concerned for him, but now he is a man 🧍‍♂️ and has to plow ahead
