Square announcement just decimated their fud
I just told some buddies at work that the plan is simple: “stay humble, stack sats, stay solvent”. The two replies I got were
1) But you can’t buy anything with bitcoin.
2) I should have bought bitcoin when I was 20.

It makes me sad that people I care about refuse to win.

I'm not doing markets anymore and I wouldnt get any additional Bitcoin sales from it instantly personally, but now ANYONE CAN JUST FUCKING ACCEPT BITCOIN WITHOUT DOING ANYTHING
Rarely get sales but we are ready when the rare gem appears. We talk #bitcoin good bit with interested parties at markets. Also we show #nostr to anyone with any interest. Gradually then suddenly. It is such a blessing that Square is making this leap; it reminds me of when we started accepting credit cards at markets, it was scary to connect the app to my bank account. Now more than 3/4 of our sales are on cards. It will likely be this way with lightning payments at markets before too many moons. We embrace this metamorphosis. 🦋
