In the US, over 90% of mortgages are fixed rate, locked in at MUCH lower rates than today.

Homeowners aren't going anywhere.....until they have to.

What’s weird is they are still building homes like crazy here in Vegas. I can’t imagine getting into a high rate mortgage in an inflated market.
