My dad taught me how to make these and we would make them together from time to time! He called them โpreacher cookiesโ โ apparently, back when there were traveling preachers, you could throw these together quickly if you heard they might be dropping by.
Theyโre also really good without the cocoa as just a peanut butter version.
I never saw the spoon technique mine always looked liked shredded hash browns patties cause we used coconut & no pb
