Texture and flavor are good but that's what you get with a commercial level ice cream. Of course sugar and milk/cream are perfect matches. Swirled peppermint syrup and pieces of crunchy candy cane are the standout and what make it so good. Ingredients are OK but have some questionables....

Yours looks more nutrient dense for sure. Coconut is my favorite alt cream. Have you tried frozen coconut cream? It's 10x canned but can be hard to find.
