The simple hack to staying focused?
Saying NO.
It’s easier said than done.
So when distractions inevitably pop up,
Ask yourself 3 questions:
1️⃣ Is this bringing me closer to my goals?
2️⃣ Is this something I said I would do?
3️⃣ Is this happening during my free time?
If the answer is NO to any of these…
Then that’s the only answer you need.
