Women need to get on the ball with the constitution. Read the 9th and 10th ammendment. The best possible outcome is when SCOTUS says the feds have no business legislating medical procedures and criminal law within a state. We all should see this is as a restoration of the fundamental agreement made between the states in 1788.

This "going back to 1800's abortion laws" tactic is generally what happens when you have a democrat governor and democrat attorney general, even if there are clear and more modern laws on the state's books, to instill FUD into the medical community (usually loaded with cowardly liberals). This is to turn them into pawns of the left agenda to actually deprive women of necessary and moral medical treatments so that women die for their cause and they can then publicize it for their agenda of absolute and total compelled control over our bodies (for both men and women) by the central federal government
