I don’t believe bitkey holds your straight up private key. They can’t do anything with the 1/3 piece they backup afaik
But if the government says to he will so it definitely a no go for bitkey. They can fuck you no matter what because also you have to choose a partner cashapp or coinbase and they got you so haha again its definitely a no for bitkey
