Hmmm looks like my BTC node was offline for a week… Resyncing now.
Might add another one if I have some spare money just as a backup to make sure I’m always synchronized with one

Easiest monitoring would be to make a tiny lightning channel with https://lightning.watch/ then you get a telegram notification aj hour after your node is down
