I can't eat commercial bread at all; I develop a skin rash on my forearms. So, I'm experimenting with sourdough bread baked with wild yeast, and so far, I'm not developing the skin rash.
I've observed that initiating a sourdough starter is challenging with many flours claiming to be unbleached. I'm curious if glyphosate could be a factor, potentially harming the natural yeast and bacteria.
