Poverty comes from culture not the other way. They poured money on poor people in many instances just to realize that money never fixes any issue. Having a position where honest good people finally feel vindicated and justice is served will create more hope and humanity that any amount of welfare. This is the great issue with the left, trying to put every issue in money terms. It didn't work, it doesn't work and it will never work. People want justice and meritocracy, not tolerance and DEI.
