Palm kernel is and palm is not. Two different kinds. The reason palm is a β€œdicey” oil is because they are often mislabeled.

Palm oil is high in saturated fat, which may raise LDL cholesterol and increase the risk of cardiovascular disease.

Doesn’t sound healthy to me

All non seed oils are high in saturated fat brosky

The tallow is high in saturated fat but also high in fat soluble vitamins. Palm oil is highly processed and lost most if not all of its nutritional value not to mention its destructive environmental impact. Your bitcoin guy has not thought this through

Personally I don’t eat palm oil very often, but I’d prefer it over canola or whatever
