One hell of a storm here this evening. Trees down everywhere. Football posts didn't stand a chance. Gonna be a late night clearing trees off people's houses.

Great news you are safe

I have never seen goal posts blown over in a storm that is nuts

Can I ask what state that is. ??

Victoria. In the Strzelecki Ranges. Lost phone reception just after this. Just managed to source a generator and starlink just paid for itself.

Probably half of the gum trees around town are gone. Our town is surrounded by bush.. Dozens of houses lost entire roofs, maybe hundreds with damage. Power lines everywhere. Probably no power for a week.

1 fatality that we know of, poor farmer got hit by debris whilst herding his cattle.

No drinking water, no fuel, no phone reception.

But dozens of bloody legends just cracking on, clearing roads, helping each other out.

Fuck dude. Glad you’re ok. That’s crazy weather. As I said bending a goal post over is a first for me.
