Anything that triggers you is not a problem outside of you. It is a signpost pointing inward.

If something has the power to disturb you, it means there is still a place in you that can be touched, a part that has not yet been understood or integrated. If you were solid there, the same situation would not move you at all.

A trigger is feedback. It shows you where your work is. Instead of fighting the outside, use it to ask, “What in me is unsettled? What in me needs strength or clarity?”

When you approach life this way, every trigger becomes training. Each reaction is an invitation to grow steadier, clearer, and more free.

How do you call someone that is not triggered by evil violence on unarmed victims? Tolerance of evil is evil
