I grew up with parents who grew up poor in Greece. In my mind, real wealth isn't owning expensive cars and big houses.

Wealth is not needing to scrape every last bit out of the jar.

For me, wealth is the peace-of-mind from having the resources to deal with the unexpected.

My wealth is the knowledge that only one jar matters. the honey jar from my local farmer. ill scrape that jar clean and pour some boiling water for good measure.

Wealth is the knowledge that if it comes in plastic you should almost always avoid it. Butcher paper and egg cartons for the win.

Wealth is the ability to grow a garden so abundant your neighbors can avoid the consequences of shitty supermarket produce.

Wealth is the realization that knowledge is ever growing and having fun being proven wrong as well as being able to help right anothers path to wealth.
