I heard some people who give up #Nostr saying there are no contents but #spams. What would you say?

It's a matter of adjusting relays. Also I see different global content on different clients (testing plenty of them in parallel to find sweet spot).

What other clients do you use?

iris.to (web client) and Amethyst (android) works best for me so far. Now I am testing nostrgram.co (also web)
