You have to keep up with the Minibits app updates, including the big ones that you need to download and install yourself. Make sure you back up, beforehand. It's beta, so you should expect it to be a bit wonky.

Some problems might stem from the mint you're using. I usually stick with the mint.minibits.cash one because he's actively maintaining it and provides support.
