The only creative scene is the loop train, with the Gyro Captain making an appearance as the Train Man. Everything else is quite conventional, and the ending is confusing and never explained though it makes sense - Smith absorbs Neo and Neo is jacked directly into the mainframe so Smith is automatically absorbed back into the machine world.
