This router can change vsims on the fly, and would not be sending the imei of the phone as the phone is in airplane mode, with on device vpn, connecting to the router running a vpn.
Again my goal is not invisibility, but rather to not use or need a phone number. I want mobile data so as to be able to receive messages over SimpleX, from wife primarliy, when I am not in wifi.
So she can only message you and not call you
