God damnit. I thought I got all the old wires in my house.

Scared the shit out the wife with the kid in the tub when it blew 🤣

I have so much old 2 wire Romex I need to replace… 95% of the house… need to upgrade the box & upgrade to 200 amp service. 😢

Running the wires to the box is the hardest part to be honest it’s located in a horrible spot…

I when I go to fix it all that box is getting moved to an interior wall with plenty of attic space above it…

I'm glad i did it years ago. Slowly, then we had a kitchen fire. While they were fixing that, we went in and rewired the rest of the house since it was a mess anyway

When I was younger my dad did some stuff… 60 amp to 100 amp, took out the old screw in fuse box for a breaker box, added some 3 wire for gfi stuff near water, but never replaced any of the old 2 wire…
