I am trying to follow this:

- same bed time every day

- no alcohol / caffeine

- no eating 4-8 hours before sleep

- wind down 1 hour before sleep

And failing miserably 😂

I failed 😭🫂 a really interesting piers Morgan interview was released last night and ended up watching it 🥹 tonight I’ll sleep early 💯🫂
