The basis of the lawsuit is Dick and Vito emailing an org that July had a working relationship with under a fake name to try and convince them to not do business with July, + the clip of Dick acknowledging that this would likely fuck over July's business.

Whether or not either of them can be held legally liable for this, it's dishonest to say this is just "making fun of Eric July constantly".
