I think it's currently not possible to download from SoundCloud (in order to process the data), so no DVM responded to you. Maybe use an MP3 or another service like overcast/YouTube.

https://snapcraft.io/video-downloader maybe try this one? works great on youtube, also demultiplexes to only audio if you want.
