There are two owls that roost and hoot in the backyard.
This, coupled with the fall season delights me greatly.
Owls are a omen of death, are they not?

My thoughts go to wisdom, but I’ll take death to make it fit Halloween.
We had an owl, and the next day our neighbor died while walking her doggy. May she rest in peace.
