Can confirm, food has a taste by itself too. Many years of coffee no sugar now here, but stocking only non-whole foods is just difficult.

We are lucky and have a goood locally sourced healthy grocery store next to us makes it a lot easier

For some reason my brain tells me it wouldn't be logical to choose where I live based on food source. I think society has me backwards.
