Evading is wrong.
Means that you agree to be taxed but just that don't like it.
Don't just "evading" it but deny it and rebut it:

Evading means that you consider yourself a citizen, so you are obligated to pay taxes, but you try to avoid them. That means a crime. A citizen is a member of the state as corporation.
Rebut them totally means you consider yourself a sovereign individual, and you are not obligated to pay any tax to anybody.
Are two different things that many people today still don't get it.
