The main problem of decentralized management is the leader can not put the right man to do the right job.
It is not bad management when Govt. have many ministries (it has 20 ministries in Thailand), if all of ministries are controlled by the right person and do not have the red-tape management regime.
We need to have many ministries because it is hard to find the greatest dictator who can do everything by himself and does not have greed in “Power”.

Too much to explain what is wrong with this understanding, but it’s certainly NOT #ECON101.
Economics 101 is that any “ministry” will naturally be controlled by the wrong person, because forcing money out of productive businesses through “#taxes” is the only way incompetent people worldwide and their corporate cronies can get a lot of money from productive population.
“Greed in power” is their main incentive, besides money.
So, the more “ministries” Thailand has, the more you shall be forced to pay those gangs of wrong persons to interfere with productive business.
This is well described in very old Econ 101 books, such as “Economics in One Lesson”, “Man, Economy and State”, et cetera.
Those are the books Milei is using as foundation of his action.
