Tapering off Lexapro: Over the last 3 weeks I went from 20 to 10 to 5 to 2.5 to now 0 mg. I think the worst is behind me. I'm dizzy, but I can feel good anxiety again. My thoughts are sharper. And best of all, I'm losing weight (weight gain is a classic side effect of SSRIs)

Oh my body really does not like 0 mg. Withdrawal hit me like a ton of bricks today. I'm experiencing "brain zaps." It is jarring.
