Holy shit 😂 I used to do whey garbage and almond milk smoothies 🤡 I got bigger and stronger just eating beef and eggs. Cheaper and simpler and WAY more healthy. I never count calories now and life is so much more simple. I feel much better since cutting out all other food stuff and I leveled up physically.
