I think it generally doesn’t work very well overall because the relay system means it’s hard to actually collect accurate data and is easily manipulated.

Just don’t really think it’s a viable expectation with such a decentralized system. I do think individual applications could have something similar implemented, but I don’t think it would be a nostr wide answer, more localized to your friends, your relays, your application, and would return different results for different people.
