I have some doubts about these numbers but yes, Bitcoin plz

Real estate was the best thing before bitcoin because of: cash flow, tax deductions, and control of the physical asset. Appreciation was just the icing on the cake. But forget all that now that you have a 50% cagr with Bitcoin.

And taxes to boot
