In the 90s my entire friends network revolved around two things, country bars and Jimmy's music when we were not in bars and even sometimes when we were. Been to at least 20 concerts, you never know when it will be your last one though I guess.

Saw the news before work this morning. Went to a dozen or so concerts starting when I was way to young. Old enough for people to hand me alcohol in the parking lot before the concert. My sister to. We were both still in middle school. I was at the concert he played in Charlotte right after Dale Earnhardt died where he played Take Another Road with pictures and videos of Earnhardt on the screens. I still remember the energy of the crowd. One of the most surreal experiences of my life.
