1 inverter of 6kw, 7 solar panels of 590w each and a battery of 9kw. That’s for a hybrid system. For an off grid system you’ll need more batteries.

Appreciate the info! Any brands you like or should steer clear of? Theres two setups in the works, one being an apartment the other off grid

I recommend to use all the inverters Hybrid.
