Is it the bull market, or rather the exit opportunity?

Exits against their fiat printer is what they want to kill would be my guess. If you kill the bull market less people find BTC, price is the alarm bell that many follow into the rabbit hole
Isn't bull markets are created by people who believe in it enough, so that price increases that draws attention to it, therefore more people join, and prices go up even more?
Isn't it a critical mass game? If critical mass reached, its a self reinforcing pattern?
Not sure, just thinking out loud.
