I use muun as a way to consolidate small utxos with my lightning zaps. Let it accumulate over time and send it all out in one large utxo.

Why muun specifically?
It shows as a single unified balance regardless if it was received as onchain or lightning. There is no need to swap back and forth, it's all automatic.
Just don't send out with lightning using muun because you'll incur onchain fees due to their implementation of submarine swaps. Recieving with lightning is fine.
