I'm pretty sure these are the characters from the image Ken shared. I don't understand Japanese but look at what the AI has to say.
Well nobody would write it like that (because it combines 2 different ways to write the syllabs in the same name) ... Except for creating that kind of trick 😏
And yes, if you mix katakana and hiragana like this, you definitely get something really close to Hal Finney.
