Its your call and I respect that. I would also respect all users. Users can be really tough and it can be very depressing and I understand, but user feedback is very valuable. Unless this user has been problematic time and again and it is of conscious and rational decision to not get into any engagement mode and abandon user, then its understandable. If we don't know why he is triggered or upset, and decide to gang bash - through this herd community manner - on anyone and everyone who says something bad about Nostr - then we are not heading in the right direction. And this will no longer be a healthy place

I appreciate it but I cannot engage in every conversations. It's not my place nor is it feasible given my time and availability. But I can encourage moderation and in avoiding extreme emotions.
