We in the USA need this as well. I have a dream of every citizen in a city having their own node and a miner that points to the city's mining pool. It will help generate Bitcoin for the city and the citiznes mining the city's pool
That's actually really good idea. Every family would be generating wealth, and the city would be building wealth, too.
